What's your return policy?
- SCOUTS OUT will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Gun Pilot Inspection) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.
- A customer is allowed one price adjustment on full-priced merchandise due to a sale however, it must be made within 7 days from the original date of shipment.
- Any other return/exchange will fall under the Gun Pilot Guarantee policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.
Why is a product labeled preorder and why is it less expensive?
We offer a significant preorder discount on products that have been approved to produce but are not yet in stock. Generally, a preorder product will be available to ship within a few weeks as it makes its way through the production cycle. To compensate customers’, wait time, we offer the preorder discount. But, we are still trying to figure out how to do this so bear with us.
How do your shirts fit?
Our signature shirt is a great balance of comfort and durability. 100% ring spun cotton. It has a very comfortable fitted style.

We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. We advise you to fill out a hurt feelings report, and standby for your next favorite shirt to appear. Sometimes you will find that your size is currently sold out. Don't worry we got you covered! If we plan on restocking that size, just click the button below the size selection that says "Email when available", once we get that size back in stock you will be the first to know!
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
First coupon, first serve. Some are better than others.
Are SCOUTS OUT items made in the U.S.?
We are striving for 100% Grown, Assembled, and Printed in the U.S. However, some shirts are 100% made in America, and most use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled in the U.S. And finally, the part we can control, all of our items are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our New York headquarters by veterans and patriots.
My order says “pending.” What does that mean?
Your SWAG is being printed, and we’re working hard to get it out the door just as fast as humanly possible (it’s going to be a shorter wait than the VA, so don’t complain).
The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?
I doesn't hurt to ask. But usually, if you snooze you lose, but you can keep an eye on our website. If the listing is still there, we will likely reproduce it.

Do you carry Tall or Large, or Long sizes?
The short answer. YES! Specialty items are not listed by size, you need to contact us during your ordering window, we might be able to get it. Its usually a color problem. Ask your SWAGO, or us directly.
